Pricing Page

We offer two pricing options to suit your needs:

1. Hourly Rate

  • $50 per hour + GST per cleaner

  • Minimum booking of 2 hours ($110 + GST)

  • If your cleaning exceeds 2 hours, the rate remains $50 per hour + GST

  • Billing is calculated to the nearest 5 minutes

2. Flat Rate Quote

Prefer a fixed price? We offer flat rates based on the size/square footage of your home and the level of cleaning you prefer (standard, deep, or moving). Here are some starting rates for 500 sq. ft.:

  • Standard Clean: $150

  • Deep Clean: $225

  • Moving Clean: $300

  • Post Construction Clean: $375
    For larger spaces, contact us for a custom quote!
