How much are your rates.

$55/hour + GST per cleaner. We bill to the nearest 5-minute increment based on the time our team finishes cleaning, starting from our arrival. If additional time is needed, we will notify you in advance to confirm.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens. Please reach out to info@wildvinecleaning.com or call or text us at 604-389-8996 if anything arises and you need to reschedule or cancel. Note that we require at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation. There will be a charge 50% of the booking amount for any cancellation with less than a 24-hours notice.

Deep cleaning is perfect for first-time cleanings, spring cleaning, or when your home needs extra care.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require 24hr notice for cancellations. Any booking cancelled within 24 hrs of your start time is subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

Yes, we can sweep and mop floor surfaces when possible and can scrub certain areas with a brush if needed. We also wipe down tables, chairs, and other patio furniture, as well as tidy and organize the space. While some outdoor stains may be tough to remove, we’ll do our best to leave your patio looking great. This is by request.

We do not clean mold, chandeliers, fragile light fixtures, biohazards, feces, blood, drugs, fireplaces, or handle pest control. Additionally, we avoid cleaning hard-to-reach areas, ceilings, and do not move heavy furniture or appliances. For blinds, we only provide light dusting, as detailed cleaning of each slat is time-consuming.
