What's your cancellation policy?

We require 24hr notice for cancellations. Any booking cancelled within 24 hrs of your start time is subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

Yes, we sweep and mop floor surfaces when possible and can scrub certain areas with a brush if needed. We also wipe down tables, chairs, and other patio furniture, as well as tidy and organize the space. While some outdoor stains may be tough to remove, we’ll do our best to leave your patio looking great.

We do not clean mold, chandeliers, fragile light fixtures, biohazards, feces, blood, drugs, fireplaces, or handle pest control. Additionally, we avoid cleaning hard-to-reach areas, ceilings, and do not move heavy furniture or appliances. For blinds, we only provide light dusting, as detailed cleaning of each slat is time-consuming.
